Can Advocara handle any type of medical bill?
We specialize in handling high bills and private insurance issues, but our AI can also assist with Medicare, Medicaid, and uninsured patient bills.
Can I use Advocara for bills I've already paid?
Yes, especially if insurance or another payer failed to cover costs they were expected to. We can help review and recover eligible expenses. You typically have 180 days to file an appeal.
How long does it take to see results?
Uploading a bill or insurance decision takes a minute or two. You will receive advice quickly, and you can follow up with more questions and more documents for additional guidance. Our AI delivers precise recommendations, leveraging expertise across insurance, medicine, billing, and negotiation strategies. We use multiple top-quality AI services in combination to refine answers. That said, no AI is perfect, so you should still verify the information and follow up with experts if needed. The Advocara Network is a great resource to find paid healthcare advocates who can help.
What if I need more hands-on help?
If you need someone to personally handle your case, you can hire a healthcare advocate from the Advocara Network. These experienced professionals can make calls on your behalf and manage complex situations.
